📄️ Organization
The DDB Platform organizes users into organizations. An organization consists of one or more users. Each user in an organization is assigned to the following roles: Owner, Manager, and Member.
📄️ Project Overview
By default, your work is organized into projects. A project is a collection of related items - files, data, and other resources that contribute to a common purpose. A project is usually created for the breeding-related purposes.
📄️ Project Files
Each project has its own set of files. Project Files is a placeholder for all your data, analysis, notes, and other materials. You can organize your files into categorical or hierarchical groups like datasets or studies.
📄️ Models
The Models module allows a user to create a Genomic Selection (GS) prediction model using genotype and phenotype data. The output model can be used in Predictions and Crossing Simulation.
📄️ Predictions
Predict breeding values
📄️ GWAS
Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS) is a statistical test that helps detect genetic markers (SNPs) associated with a particular phenotypic trait. The result of this analysis is presented as a “Manhattan plot” which maps each marker on the x-axis to the results of the corresponding test (as –log10(p-value)) on the y-axis.
📄️ Crossing Simulation
Crossing Simulation estimates the variance and expected value of progenies to help you select the best parent crosses. This simulation has 4 steps:
